All users must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on buz4d.
Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja under strict security protocols.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and fair-use rules. Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of platform errors will result in account action.

If a Member is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned at buz4d's sole discretion after identity investigation.

You must be accessing the Platform from a location where it is lawful for you to do so. You represent and warrant that your participation in online gaming does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your place of residence or access. buz4d provides services primarily for the Indonesia market; Indonesian players are the intended audience of this Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your participation is lawful.
The following persons are not permitted to open or maintain an account on the Platform:
Each individual may hold only one registered account at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
To access real-money gaming on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number, valid email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms. buz4d is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify buz4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. buz4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in IDR. buz4d does not support multi-currency accounts.
buz4d is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued access to gaming features. Verification is also conducted at random intervals as part of ongoing compliance monitoring.
Members may be requested to provide any combination of the following documents:
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases may take longer. Members will be notified via email upon completion. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
Failure or refusal to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may lead to account closure. Any Real Money Balance held at the time of closure will be dealt with in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit. Higher limits may be available for verified Members in upper VIP tiers.
Deposits made via bank transfer and local e-wallets are typically credited to the Member's account within 1 to 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, banking maintenance windows, or public holidays. buz4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member' s financial institution or payment provider.
buz4d does not charge Members any fee for depositing funds. Any fees imposed by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.
By depositing funds, you represent that the money used is from a legitimate source and is not derived from unlawful activity. buz4d reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation at any time.
Members may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time via the Withdraw section of the Platform. Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name during account setup or KYC verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Members with balances below this threshold must either continue playing or contact customer support for alternative arrangements.
Subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 5 minutes during regular business hours (09:00 – 23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. VIP Members may be eligible for priority processing with faster turnaround times.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Attempting to withdraw to an account not registered to you is a serious breach and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
buz4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. The Member's bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees; such fees are the sole responsibility of the Member. High-frequency or low-amount withdrawals may be subject to administrative fees at buz4d's discretion.
buz4d reserves the right to request additional identity, address, or source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, high-value requests, or withdrawals that trigger anti-fraud alerts.
buz4d may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, VIP tier perks, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.
Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover or playthrough requirement) expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 3x bonus). Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Balance resulting from satisfied wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are: Slots 100%, Live Casino 10-20%, Sports Betting 100% (minimum odds restrictions may apply), Table Games 5-10%. Exact contribution rates are specified in the terms of each promotion.
Members found to be abusing bonuses through collusive betting, arbitrage betting across platforms, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus exploitation will have all bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended or permanently closed.
Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment account. Members who attempt to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or fraudulent means will be disqualified.
buz4d reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bonus from any Member at our sole discretion, particularly where bonus terms have been breached, where account activity is irregular, or where we suspect fraudulent intent.
All gaming products offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or official sports results to determine outcomes. buz4d guarantees fair play and transparent odds. However, Members are prohibited from using any mechanical, electronic, or automated devices, software, or strategies intended to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed on the Member's betting history or account statement. buz4d reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of technical error, obvious pricing error, or system malfunction. Members will be notified in such cases, and stakes will be refunded.
buz4d reserves the right to void any bet or declare a game invalid in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, technical malfunction, influencing the outcome through illegal means, or other circumstances where the integrity of the game is compromised. Decisions on voided bets are final.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the respective governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1, EPL, etc.). Casino game results are determined by certified RNG. Togel (lottery) results are based on official draw outcomes from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lotto, and Macau lottery authorities.
Certain games or betting markets may have maximum win limits or payout caps. These limits are specified in the individual game rules or market terms. Any winnings exceeding published maximum limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
buz4d promotes gambling as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. We encourage all Members to play responsibly, set personal budgets, and never wager money they cannot afford to lose.
Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to customer support. Once activated, the account will be locked for the selected period, and the Member will not be able to access gaming features or make deposits.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. These limits are designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling expenditure.
Members can enable session time reminders that notify them of how long they have been playing. This feature helps maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.
Members may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Platform. Members may not use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
The Platform and all gaming products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. buz4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, buz4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
buz4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or equipment malfunction.
The Platform may integrate with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. buz4d is not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of any third-party service. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be directed to the respective provider.
buz4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
buz4d employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Member data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and buz4d cannot guarantee absolute security.
buz4d retains Member data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these Terms. Inactive accounts may be archived after extended periods of inactivity.
buz4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, colluded with other players, or otherwise acted contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination for breach of Terms, all pending bets will be voided, all bonuses forfeited, and any remaining Real Money Balance may be forfeited at buz4d's sole discretion. In cases where the account is closed at the Member's request and there has been no breach, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member after deduction of any outstanding charges.
Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. buz4d reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 from dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the Member reactivates the account.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and principles of fairness and equity.
In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and buz4d, the Member agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as mutually agreed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
buz4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendments were made.
It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, buz4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via email or Platform notification. However, failure to receive such notification does not invalidate the amended Terms.
